MiniNats 2019 Activities & Fees 

Participation in activities is open to registered entrants of the 2019 Mini Nationals. Registration opened 14th April 2019 and closed 20th October 2019. Below is information made available to entrants and the public prior to the event.

Public are welcome to come and see the best Mini has to offer on Saturday morning at the Show & Shine competition, Cliff Road Carpark - vote for Eves People's Choice to win prizes and stop by the Rocker Cover Racing competition. On Sunday, be at Te Puke Quarry Road for the Hillclimb (all day), watch the Funkhana at Cliff Road in the morning and play "Spot the Mini" as they tour around the region throughout the weekend.

This popular, fun event involves Mini engine rocker (valve) covers, fitted with four wheels, decorated (preferably) racing against others on a wooden ramp.

Daily Driver  Any year. Any modifications. Must be a daily driver.

Some cars may fit into more than one Show & Shine category but your car may only enter into one category. If unsure please contact Greg Sutton on 027 546 5788 or motoring@tmoc.org.nz

Please note that we have limited space at the Show & Shine venue, so all vehicles must either be self-powered or you will have to make your own provisions to drop off your vehicle and park your trailer elsewhere. There is parking in the vicinity of the Show & Shine venue however it will be on a first come, first served basis.

Hillclimb
The Hillclimb event will be held at Te Puke Quarry Road (tarmac) and run by Motorsport BOP under the rules and regulations of Motorsport NZ. Points will be awarded. Entry forms and all rules will be supplied by MotorSport BOP and entry fee is payable direct to Motorsport BOP.
